Refund Policy / Subscription Cancellation / Withdrawal
Please review and agree to the following to use our service.
Northbridge Insight Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") operates the following refund and subscription cancellation policy in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and other applicable laws and regulations.
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
This policy applies to all paid subscription services provided by the Company, including:
- Day Trading Membership
- Swing Trading Membership
- Full Desk Bundle
Article 2 (Right of Withdrawal)
1. Withdrawal Period
Users may request withdrawal from a paid service within seven (7) days from the payment date.
2. Restrictions on Withdrawal
Withdrawal may be restricted in the following cases:
- Where the service has been lost or damaged due to the user's fault
- Where the user has used or partially consumed the service (e.g., viewing content)
- Where the value of the service has significantly decreased over time to the extent that resale is difficult
⚠️ Important Notice: Due to the nature of this service as digital content (information-providing services), withdrawal may be restricted once content usage has begun, including but not limited to viewing strategy cards or reports.
Article 3 (Refund Procedure)
1. How to Request a Refund

- Required Information: Registered email address, payment date, payment amount, reason for refund request
2. Refund Processing Time

Article 4 (Subscription Cancellation)
1. How to Cancel a Subscription
- Direct cancellation via the "My Account" (account dashboard)
- Cancellation request via email: support@northbridgeinsight.com
2. Effect of Cancellation
- Subscriptions are terminated starting from the next billing date.
- Users may continue to access the service until the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual).
- Refunds for mid-term cancellation are governed by Article 5 below.
Article 5 (Mid-Term Cancellation Refunds)
1. Monthly Subscription
For monthly subscriptions: Full refund is available if withdrawal is requested within 7 days from the payment date. After 7 days, mid-term refunds are not available, and the service will terminate at the end of the current month.
2. Annual Subscription

📌 Example Calculation: If an annual subscription of $5,990 is canceled
after 2 months:
Refund Amount = $5,990 − ($599 × 2 months) − $599 (penalty) = $4,193
Article 6 (Non-Refundable Cases)
- Change of mind after the 7-day withdrawal period
- Where service content has already been accessed or used
- Where service access is suspended due to violation of the Terms of Service
- Where payment was made at a promotional or discounted price (subject to separate notice)
